Betsi Oris: On to glory! Psalm 116:15 “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.” Dear Word of Life Family: We are writing to share the difficult news that our dear sister, Betsi Oris (Jack Wyrtzen's daughter), unexpectedly went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 7th here in Schroon Lake. Please keep her children, grandchildren, and entire family in your prayers as they travel here to Schroon Lake in the coming hours and days. I finally got engaged!! WOO-HOO!!! John, my boyfriend of seven years, finally decided to pop the question on my 30th birthday. I couldn't believe it, I really seriously doubted that it would ever happen. We're unsure as to dates, but if interested, please e-mail me, my e-mail and myspace account I'm sure is attached to my entry somewhere, if not, I'll attach it when I figure out how!! Other than that, still living in southeastern Connecticut, in retail sales as usual, but hopefully will actually begin grad school as I've been promising myself for a few years now!! Unlike most of the entries I've read I'm not married yet or have any kids, but still all is good. I have been with a wonderful man for 6 years and hopefully going to take the plunge in the future we reside in Richmond Va and I work for Visa/Mastercard in customer relations. I can't believe how much time has passed and how much we have all changed. Michele is married and has two beautiful children, she still lives in NY. My son Jonah who was born 6 weeks early just turned one in august, and is doing great. We just bought our first house in April and are finally settling down in Minneapolis. If you knew me during the wobli years, then you know I am serious about helping people grow in thier relationship with God, wherever they are at. If God has been preparing you for a change, or you are a prodical son that needs to get back with God, perhaps this is what God has for you. My wife and I are building a new team to start a chruch in Stroudsburg, PA. 25 Min from our current church plant. We are always looking for partners to help with the ministry in person, or in prayer.
