	2010-2011 Verification Worksheet If your FAFSA has been selected for Verification this form and your tax returns are essential documentation the will be required. PRINT and submit to the Financial Aid Office. Be certain that all forms are properly signed and dated !		Federal 1040 Tax Return If you are unable to locate your 2008 Federal 1040 Tax Return, you may request a copy from the IRS. Click here.
