Marshall Jon

ranch camp ‘08

Ranch Camp ‘08 a rustic, western-style camp for ages 6-10 set in the heart of the Adirondack
Mountains of upstate New York, the Ranch is a signature camp of Word of Life that is keeping with the times. The program at the Ranch is designed with today’s kid in mind.

Lots of fun activities, games and skits make the Ranch a kid’s favorite place to be. Great Bible teachers and counselors who care make the Ranch your favorite place to send them. The property is a safe, self-contained camp with trained staff so you won’t have to worry about leaving your
juniors with us.

deputies:sheriffs

Our Children’s program for Campers in grades 1 to 4:
Since the Wild West needs lawmen, the Deputies (ages 6 & 7) and the Sheriffs (ages 8-10) play a big part in helping the Marshal keep order in the Town of Paradise. Those pesky (and smelly) bandits have been known to show up every week!

Deputies and Sheriffs have exciting Bible hours where some of the best children’s speakers around communicate God’s Word in a fun, fresh and exciting way. They enjoy all the camp has to offer including archery, arts & crafts, horse & pony rides, the waterslide and beach, the tower & zipline, the mud pit and the brand new “splatter course.” All this, plus camp outs, boat rides, awesome activities and a cabin full of new friends!

our:counselors

Our counselors are students and graduates of the Word of Life Bible Institute, and have trained at our Summer Institute of Camping. They love each camper and strive to meet every child's physical, social and spiritual needs while at camp.
