Peru (July 11-28, 2009) – $2,750
You will spend a full week on exciting Word of Life Island before traveling to South America. Peru is very open to the Gospel. You will be going to a very typical city of Peru where they are going to see llamas and traditional landscapes from the Andes. The scenery is beautiful and the people are very open and hospitable. You will be approx. 8 hours outside of Lima in the mountains - 12,000 ft. above sea level. The weather is dry and hot during the day but cools down at night. A big part of the ministry opportunities will be evangelistic programs in public schools. Other opportunities are passing out tracts on the streets and holding meetings in the town square.
