The Passion and the Vision
The passion of the worldwide ministries of Word of Life
is to make an impact on this generation with the life
changing message of the Gospel. This passion was a distinguishing
characteristic of the early church, of whom we read in
Acts 13:49, The word of the Lord was published throughout
all the region. This wonderful message was published..
communicated.. spread... to the entire known world of
that generation. |
Target
2010
is a
ministry-wide
initiative.

Two years ago I asked the leaders of this ministry around
the world to begin praying and planning with me, asking
God to give us a vision to help reach our generation in
the next ten years. God has answered this prayer and as
you read on, you will begin to understand the outline of TARGET
2010 - Broaden the Base, I ask you to
prayerfully join with us in this awesome task!
TARGET 2010 is a ministry-wide initiative,
consisting of a series of strategic goals, which
by God's grace, will become a reality before
the end of this decade. Above all, it is about
reaching people.. lives that will be touched
because those who are caring through their gifts,
and those who are sharing through their testimony,
are working together to make a difference! |
With God's continued blessing, with the support
of many incredible friends like you and with the commitment
of a dedicated staff, we will build on a strong foundation
and the impact of this ministry will be multiplied many
times over in changed lives around the world by the year
2010!
As we walk down this path, the writer of Proverbs reminds
us of a simple, yet very important truth. A man's heart
plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps (16:9).
Our desire and prayer is for God's continued direction and
blessing, each step of the way.
