Strategically ministering in 56 countries, the Word of Life heartbeat is to take the life-changing truth of the Word of God to youth of the world. Missionary teams follow a proven pattern of evangelism, local church Bible Clubs, Christian camping, and Bible Institutes. At least 3.1 million people were exposed to the gospel over the past year. Target 2010 represents a prayerfully constructed plan for greater impact and outreach on the world's youth population of almost 2 billion. At the core of this plan is the doubling of our evangelistic effort and the formation of missionary teams to reach an additional 55 countries by the year 2010. For those called to full-time missionary service, the opportunities are virtually unlimited. On a short-term basis, Reachout and Nehemiah Network teams provide individuals and churches a platform for direct involvement in missions. Reachout: Join hundreds of young people for an incredible short-term missions experience. Designed specifically for young people ages 15 and up, Reachout ministry teams use drama, music, sports, and wilderness travel as a means of reaching people with the Gospel. Nehemiah Network: The Nehemiah Network enlarges the missionary vision and outreach of local churches and individuals by tangibly connecting them to the needs of missionaries around the world.
